Refund policy

To receive a refund on your order we require 4 days’ notice before your pick up date in writing,  Your request must be via email only.  

Refunds incur a $10 administration fee.

Please note our in-store customer service staff cannot assist over the phone or in-store. Email us at Veganyumm.communications@gmail.com . Emails received less than 4 days notice before your pick up date are strictly not able to be accommodated for any reason provided, as we require 2 business days to reply to emails, and 2 days notice to alter our production plan.
