Do you have a shopfront/store?
Yes we do, we have a big variety in store of pies, rolls, toasties, different brownies, milkshakes, coffee, cupcakes, cheesecakes,carrot cake, donuts, slices and moooore! GF options available.
What are your store trading hours?
We are open 7 days a week.
Monday to Sunday 8am-9pm
How do I place an order for a cake/cupcake?
Place an order on our online shop on this website.
We have an array of designs on our “Cake Shop”. Simply choose your design and complete all details required.
Please note that we do not take orders for cakes in our store or via email, however do not hesitate to email us if you have any queries or troubles placing an order.
What is the serving sizes of your cakes?
Our Bar cakes can be sliced to serve 6 people
4-inch cakes serve for 2-4 people
6-inch cakes serve 8-12 people
8-inch serves 12-20 people
10-inch serves 30 people
What are the Ordering time frames?
Be sure to allow at least 2-5 days notice for orders.
You can book your cake well in advance too. Weeks ahead is fine.
Orders cut off on the following days :
Order by Thursday at 11:59pm for a Monday pick up.
Order by Sunday 11:59pm for a Tuesday pick up
Order by Monday 11:59pm for Wednesday pick up
Order by Tuesday 11:59pm for Thursday pick up
Order by Wednesday at 11:59pm for a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday pick up
The date I need my cake for is blocked out. Can I still place an order?
If the Date is blocked out then we have already closed orders for that day. However we do have cakes available to purchase in our store- "Emergency cakes".
Please call our store on 33556329 to enquire what we have available.
What cakes do you have in your emergency cabinet?
Our cake decorator will ice a variety of flavours, designs and sizes daily. They are decided upon on the day and we will not know ahead of time what will be available.
If you need something last minute please give us a call and our staff can provide options available in our cabinet. They can sell out so it’s best to call us in the morning to reserve one.
Please note that reserved cakes require full payment over the phone & after we have kept it aside for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on them.
Can I make styles adjustments to your cakes online? (including small additions or subtractions to the design?)
We do not make any changes to the look/design of our cakes, however big or small, this includes adding or removing anything to the design/look.
For example, once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate change requests like leaving out the sprinkles or leaving out piping, or changing colours. No changes Big or small can be accommodated. Our ordering system is not designed to accommodate changes, as this incurs administration time & we are limited on resources.
Changes fall under custom requests (see below about ordering custom cakes). -If you require custom designs, please email us and allow sufficient notice/time. Please note, we take limited custom work & We do get booked for custom work 1-3 months in advance.
How do I reschedule the date on my order/ change my order/ request a refund?
Please email us your order number, and with 4 business days notice.

I would like to order cupcakes but I only need an amount that is not listed online. Can I order a custom amount of cupcakes?
We only take orders for cupcakes in dozens. For amounts that are in-between (for eg 6 cupcakes, or 18), we do have cupcakes available in store daily.
We typically have 6 different flavours in store daily that change 3-4 times a week.
Can I mix and match cupcake designs in one box?
We only take one set design per dozen, what is listed online is what we offer only. We have the option to purchase a variety in store. We typically have 6 different flavours in store daily that change 3-4 times a week.
How do I order a wedding cake? What is the process?
Submit a wedding cake enquiry form online, we will get back to you in 2-3 business days.
We will send you photos, and help you with choosing the perfect cake for you.
We do not do in person consults. We do offer tasting boxes.

Do you deliver?
We currently only offer delivery on wedding cakes.
Do you have gluten free options? Is your facility celiac certified? We have a variety of GF options in store and in our online shop.
We do use Gluten in our facility and we cannot guarantee that there has not been cross contamination, but we are extremely careful. We take every precaution necessary to avoid this such as sanitising, separate storage, separate baking and icing of goods, using separate tongs and gloves and we do train all of our staff on food handling.
Our kitchen is not Celiac/Coeliac certified.
Do you have Soy free/nut free options?
We do have a variety of Soy free/Nut free options available in store. If you are only avoiding soy lecithin which is typically found in chocolates, we do have even more options. Our staff are trained to assist you in this area & we also have a full ingredients list available in store for you to look at.
Our cakes & cupcakes online have allergens listed under each one.
Our Gluten free cakes/cupcakes are also soy free if they do not have a chocolate drip on them.
